Quality Training Programmes Designed To Shape
It was a culmination of over 15 years of experience in Accounting and Recruitment Solutions that led to the birth of ITAA in 2016. An understanding of both core domains – Accounting and Recruitment – helped our Founders identify the actual gap that existed between the skills possessed by students turned out by educational institutions and the skills that were demanded by the industry. Addressing this skill-gap and setting-up students for a rewarding career became our single-minded mission.
As our industry-oriented approach caught on quickly, the demand for ITAA courses began to arise from various quarters. This inspired up to expand our presence through a franchisee-led model in 2018-19. But we are careful to ensure a certain degree of standardisation in the way courses are imparted across various centres. Today, ITAA branches are present across both Eastern and Western suburbs of Mumbai, including Thane, Vashi, Ghatkopar and Kandivali. We even have branches at Magarpatta, Bhosari and Deccan in Pune, and Ahmedabad and Vadodara in Gujarat.
The sudden advent of the pandemic posed a mammoth challenge to the entire world. Our case was no different. But the initial days of uncertainty quickly gave way to new hopes and new opportunities. With the belief in our founding idea intact, we were able to pivot to becoming an Online Learning Academy, while ensuring the essence of live interactions remains unchanged. Now, ITAA caters to the learning needs of students and professionals across the length and the breadth of the country. Going forward, we intend to offer both online as well as in- person courses.
